FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Josh Cobb, CEO at Stepps, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Industry Thought Leader of The Year category of the nationally recognised 2017 Real Estate Business Awards, partnered by realestate.com.au.

Now in its fifth consecutive year, the Real Estate Business Awards recognises the industry’s leading agents, property managers and office groups – in a process that is transparent, measurable, fair, accurate and unbiased.

Founded in 2014, Stepps offers real estate website design, digital marketing counsel and advice to industry professionals. It has particularly strong relationships with some of Australia’s top performing agents and agencies and specialises in marketing strategy and execution.

Tim Neary, editor for REB, said the REB Awards serve to recognise the industry’s most innovative agents and businesses – those who are able to flourish in the face of the industry’s ongoing disruptive challenges.

“The REB Awards are the pre-eminent business awards for the real estate industry in Australia,” said Mr Neary.

“The REB Awards honour those who are driving the real estate profession to new heights,” he said.

Josh Cobb, CEO at Stepps said he is humbled by the nomination.

“That Stepps has been recognised for its excellent contribution to the real estate industry, reinforces our focus on measurable results for industry professionals,”  he added.

The winner will be announced at the ICC Sydney on Thursday, 6 July 2017.
