In this episode of Real Estate Pros I’m joined by Gia Le, a real estate professional in Perth, Western Australia. Gia shares how in just six months of starting her real estate career she has leveraged her relationships with local entrepreneurs and inspirational business people to attract and inspire a loyal audience.

What is Influencer Marketing?

Influencer marketing is a type of marketing that focuses on using “people of influence” to drive your brand’s message to a much larger audience. Rather than trying to market directly to a large group of consumers, you instead inspire influencers to share your content. By making someone else the hero of your content, you reach an audience that you couldn’t otherwise reach on your own and it’s exactly what our guest this week is doing.

A leading example in real estate

Gia Le is real estate sales executive with ACTON Dalkeith in the western suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. Relatively new to the real estate industry, Gia’s unique approach to marketing is refreshing at the least and strategically brilliant at best.

After spending 10 years in the finance and insurance sector, Gia says she realised her real passion was engaging with clients and learning about their unique stories. Le says it was her genuine interest in people and appreciation of beautiful architecture from a young age that has now led her to a career in real estate.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Marketing and Media, Gia says she realised that the process of negotiating, marketing and communicating with clients is basically a deep examination of human psychology. Gia believes “selling real estate is synonymous to a skilled author who finds the heart of a complex story by mastering the moving parts of human desire for the perfect outcome, thus the art of deal making”.

Equipped with a sharp and detailed memory, Gia has earned the loyalty of even the most demanding clients who range from business owners through to professionals that appreciate her premium discretion, high-level knowledge and efficiency.

Gia’s Perthspective blog features local entrepreneurs with a story to tell. Each week, Gia interviews a new influencer in their own home about topics relating to their property, their success and their passion for the local area in which Gia serves.

By making local entrepreneurs the heroes of her content, Gia is reaching an audience that she couldn’t otherwise do on her own, or by marketing to her community the same way as her competitors. Gia has big plans to grow and expand the Perthspective brand outside of just an online community, which will further build her audience and add value to the local community.
