Justin: “Peter Gilchrist – my real estate coach.”
What are your favourite things in the world to do when you’re not at the office?
Justin: “Rugby, I’m still playing rugby.”
Kate: “Travel and yoga.”
What is your favourite technology resource you use daily to help you run a better business?
Justin: “Our CRM. We have systems and processes to ensure everything is captured in our CRM.”
What is ‘one thing’ that prevents people in real estate from achieving success and what would your advice be to overcome it?
Justin: “It’s actually pretty simple for us. It’s consistency of the activities that get the results.”
Kate: “My advice from a marketer’s perspective, in essence, is to have a reason for everything that you do. You should know the objective of each piece of marketing collateral that you’re putting out to the market.”
