Jacob Aldridge: How To Build A More Profitable And Sustainable Real Estate Business

Jacob Aldridge started his real estate career in 2000 but an event with Shirlaws would eventually take him on a new direction as a business coach. Having recently returned from two years in London, Jacob was the UK head of operations for Shirlaws and also coached a small suite of clients that averaged 40% revenue growth moving through a double-dip recession.

More than 200 clients in Australia, Europe and the UK have benefited from Jacob’s international exposure, energetic business coaching and advice specialised for young companies seeking rapid growth.

As a conference speaker and MC, Jacob has been called upon to lead or support events including the Family Business Australia Queensland Summit, the Email Marketing Summit Australia, the World Business and Executive Coach Summit, and Shirlaws National and Global conferences in Australia, the UK and the US.

His speaking engagements and client projects are focused on:

  • Entrepreneurs who want to understand and act upon the difference between equity and profit
  • Professional services partners seeking a legacy that traditional business models won’t deliver

Media and technology are lifelong interests – Jacob is involved with several web startups, is a previous recipient of the University of Queensland Journalism Prize and has featured in more than a dozen short films.
