While looking to sell her family home in late 2014 Tanja surprisingly received really great and really poor service from various real estate agents throughout the process.

As a leadership, mindset and peak performance coach with a passion for excellence and old-fashioned customer service values, Tanja was inspired to find out why some agents fly and others flop when it comes to client relations. After five months of research, Tanja saw a wealth of opportunities to address the issue and decided her peak performance and coaching business had found its niche in the real estate industry.

Since launching in February 2015, Tanja is now proud to be working across leadership, sales and property management with Marshall White, Laing & Simmons, Stockdale & Leggo, Eview, Blac.Salt, Knight Frank and is a regular contributor for Elite Agent Magazine. Having managed multimillion-dollar businesses and led teams of four to 400, Tanja has enabled numerous businesses to grow by up to 65% within just 12 months.

With a core belief that people buy people, not products, Tanja is fundamentally dedicated to having real estate professionals achieve their desired results in the least amount of time, with the least amount of suffering and the most amount of fun.
