Starting his real estate career in 1996, Haesley has risen through the ranks to become a sought after real estate practitioner, trainer and speaker throughout Australasia. His passion for auctioneering and property management is fueled by the core belief at Ray White New Farm that “mood is contagious” and outstanding results come from a positive mental attitude.
When it comes to leadership, Haesley believes that if staff are coming to you constantly for help it is a clear indication that you are not spending enough time with them. Ray White New Farm’s devotion to building culture has underpinned its amazing market share growth and the results of each individual team member.
A recent change in ownership structure at Ray White New Farm saw Haesley take on the role of principal of the rental division, where his passion for property management is clearly making an impact on all-of-business results.
