Starting his real estate career in 1996, Haesley has risen through the ranks to become a sought after real estate practitioner, trainer and speaker throughout Australasia. His passion for auctioneering and property management is fueled by the core belief at Ray White New Farm that “mood is contagious” and outstanding results come from a positive mental attitude.

When it comes to leadership, Haesley believes that if staff are coming to you constantly for help it is a clear indication that you are not spending enough time with them. “I think people in our industry work really hard to get to a certain level of real estate and then stop doing the things that got them to that level. The key is to never stop doing the things that you did to get from poor to good when you want to go from good to great. Don’t trim the hard stuff.”
