Support Cost and Terms Summary:

Stepps charges $165 per hour incl. GST (minimum 1 hour charge) for all support services except when:

  1. Resolving hosting issues
  2. Fixing something that is broken, but not caused by user error, or
  3. Your request will take less than 15 minutes to complete

For requests outside of the above, Stepps will propose a cost estimate for approval before proceeding.
